The Port Hope Community Health Centre is pleased to offer a  basic dental program to those who cannot access care due to financial hardship. This program is open to those receiving financial assistance through Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Insurance and those whose annual income is below the Canadian Low Income Cut Off.

If you have not seen a oral health care provider in sometime due to financial limitations call the Centre 905-885-2626 and leave a message for Lisa, she will get back to you with information on this program.

The Community Health Centre is currently accepting resumes for the part time postion of Community Dietitian. This posting will close Tuesday August 3rd, 2010 for more information please see the career page on this website.
