Dietitian
Our Dietitian is available to registered clients of the Community Health Centre to provide counselling regarding diet and healthy living.
Those adults with Type 2 Diabetes or who are at risk fof developing diabetes can self refer to the Diabetes Education team. The Diabetes Education team is experienced in diabetes care.
